Comfortable beds and decent Wi-Fi speeds.
My experience here was horrific. The bathroom was in a disgusting state, with a filthy bathtub that I had to scrub myself before using. The rude service at check-in added to my frustration, and the air conditioning in our room was completely non-functional. It felt like I was placed in a room as far away from the entrance as possible without consideration for comfort or convenience.

The room was pretty decent for a budget place. Comfy beds made it easy to crash after long days at Universal and Disney. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and the pool looked inviting too, even if we didn’t dip in. Didn’t really notice any major cleanliness issues, and we managed to block out the train noise when we were tired. It's really all about having a place to lay your head after a busy day!
